Hammer In My Heart

I wonder if Todd tuned his guitar to an open chord on the original
studio version - it might make the main riff easier to play and more
ringy. However, after listening to many live versions, I'm sure that
Todd usually plays it in standard tuning, except for dropping the 
low E down to a D.

When you see something like "(*2)", see the corresponding note at the
bottom.

Notes:

This message should be displayed in a mono-spaced font such as Courier.
Don't use a proportional spaced font or the the chord diagrams and tabs
will appear out of alignment and won't make sense.

The horizontal dashes in the tablature diagram correspond to 8th notes
unless otherwise indicated. In some places I've added a space between
the dashes in order to indicate frets higher than the 9th. The song
remains in 4/4 time throughout.
