 Simple but great song. Also in the key of C the whole time except for an occasional Bb, Eb, and D7 chord.

I've done a lot in terms of indicating specific keyboard voicings (mainly for the pre-chorus and chorus, where it's basically a different chord for every sung syllable)..you don't have to play them that way, but I think it sounds best, since it keeps the vocal melody on top.
